What you're actually paying for
Your program fee is a one-time service fee, not a deposit. It is not pooled, held in trust, or invested, and it earns no interest or returns. It covers Relven Trading's operating costs (platform, staffing, support, risk systems). Paying it does not make you a client of a brokerage or a party to any investment arrangement. Fees are non-refundable except where our Refund Policy or applicable law says otherwise.

It is not held in trust or escrow, is not pooled with other participants' payments, and does not earn interest, dividends, or any form of profit share. The fee compensates Relven Trading for the cost of running the business, including platform infrastructure, staffing, customer support, payment processing, and risk-monitoring systems, and none of it is contingent on your trading outcome.
Because you are paying for a service rather than making an investment, purchasing a program does not create a fiduciary, custodial, or partnership relationship between you and Relven Trading. You are a customer, not a client of a brokerage or a counterparty to any trade. Once paid, fees are non-refundable except where our published Refund Policy or a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.
Everything happens in a simulated environment
Every account, including "funded" ones, is a demo account on a simulated feed. No real orders are ever placed on a live market and no real capital is ever at risk. "Funded" means you've met our performance rules and unlocked a profit share on a simulated balance, not that real money has been placed under your management.
Every account made available through Relven Trading, at every stage including "funded," is a demo account connected to a simulated pricing feed. No real order is ever placed on a live exchange and no real capital is ever exposed to market risk, at any point in any program.
When we describe a participant as "funded," this is a status reflecting that they've met the performance criteria in our published rules and unlocked eligibility for a share of simulated profits. It is not a representation that real money has been placed under their management or that any third party's capital is being traded on their behalf. Any reference to "funded capital" refers to a simulated balance used to calculate payout eligibility, not real assets.
Where payout money actually comes from
Payouts are paid from Relven Trading's own revenue, never from other participants' fees or a pooled fund. Payouts require continued compliance with our trading rules and may require identity verification. We do not guarantee that any participant will pass an evaluation, reach funded status, or receive a payout.
Participants who meet our payout criteria are paid from Relven Trading's own operating revenue. Payouts are never funded by, sourced from, or dependent on the fees or trading activity of any other participant, and there is no pooled fund or client-money account from which they are drawn.
Payout eligibility is conditional, not automatic, and requires ongoing compliance with drawdown, consistency, and other published rules for as long as a participant continues to trade. We may require identity verification before releasing a payout, and may delay or withhold one where we reasonably suspect rule violations or prohibited strategies such as arbitrage or coordinated account activity. We do not guarantee that any participant will pass an evaluation, reach funded status, or receive any payout.

Relven Trading is not a broker, dealer, custodian, or financial intermediary, and does not provide investment advice. Nothing we publish is an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Any performance figures shown are simulated results and are not a guarantee of live market outcomes.

Nothing published by Relven Trading is an offer or solicitation to enter into any transaction involving real securities or financial instruments. Any statistics, leaderboards, or performance figures we reference reflect simulated results achieved under demo conditions that may not be replicable with real capital, and should not be relied on as an indication of future results in live markets.
The risk that's real even in a demo
A strategy that performs well in a simulated environment may behave differently under live slippage, spreads, and execution conditions. Consider your own experience and risk tolerance before buying a program. Past performance, simulated or real, never guarantees future results.
Although no real capital is at risk in a Relven Trading program, this doesn't mean trading through our platform is without consequence. A strategy that appears profitable against a simulated feed under evaluation conditions may behave very differently under live slippage, spread widening during news events, execution delays, and liquidity gaps.
Success in a Relven Trading evaluation should not be treated as confirmation that a strategy is suitable for live trading. Consider your own experience, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance before purchasing a program, and understand that past performance, simulated or real, is never a reliable predictor of future results.
Who can use this
You must be 18 or the age of majority in your country to use our services. Relven Trading does not serve residents of jurisdictions under OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions, or jurisdictions that prohibit simulated proprietary trading programs, and may decline or terminate service accordingly.
To purchase or use any Relven Trading program, you must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority in your country if higher, and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. By purchasing, you represent that you are not located in, resident in, or a citizen of any jurisdiction where use of our services is prohibited by local law.
This includes, without limitation, any country or region under comprehensive sanctions from OFAC, the EU, or the UN, and any jurisdiction whose regulators specifically prohibit simulated proprietary trading programs. We may update this list at our discretion and may decline or terminate service to any participant found accessing us from a restricted location, regardless of their stated country of residence.
Limits on our liability
To the extent permitted by law, Relven Trading is not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to your trading decisions, platform outages, or third-party providers used to run the simulation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relven Trading, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes losses connected to your own trading decisions, technical outages or downtime affecting the platform or any third-party terminal used to deliver the simulation, and delays in payout processing not caused by willful misconduct on our part.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
