What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Relven Trading collects when you use relventrading.com and the Platform (including the dashboard, checkout, and trading terminal we integrate with), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, registered users, and funded traders alike. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Information You Give Us Directly

When you register, purchase a challenge, or use the dashboard, we collect information you provide directly, including: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, country of residence, and physical address; a password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text); payment details processed through our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers ourselves); and, where required for KYC verification ahead of a payout, a government-issued ID, proof-of-address document, and a liveness or selfie check. If you contact support or take part in a risk-review conversation, we also collect whatever information you choose to share with us in that correspondence.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including: your IP address and approximate location derived from it; browser type and device information; login timestamps and session activity; and trading activity on your simulated account (positions, timestamps, account balance and equity history) needed to evaluate you against our published rules. We monitor IP address activity, among other things, to detect patterns consistent with prohibited conduct under our Terms & Conditions, such as one person operating multiple accounts to exceed the combined allocation ceiling.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect your ability to use certain parts of the Platform, including staying logged into the dashboard.

Why We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to: create and manage your account; process your payments; provision and monitor your simulated trading account against our published rules; verify your identity before releasing a payout; detect and prevent fraud, rule circumvention, and prohibited trading practices; communicate with you about your account, purchases, and payouts; respond to support requests; send you service-related emails (such as payout confirmations or KYC status updates); and, where you have opted in, send you marketing communications about new plans, promotions, or features. We do not use your trading data or personal information to make any investment decision, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who We Share Your Information With

We share personal information with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Platform, strictly for the purposes described in this Policy. These include: payment processors, who handle card and cryptocurrency transactions on our behalf; identity-verification providers, who process KYC documentation to confirm who you are; email and communications providers, who deliver account and marketing emails on our behalf; hosting, database, and infrastructure providers, who store and process account and trading data securely; and the trading-terminal provider that powers the simulated trading environment itself. Each of these providers is only given the information necessary to perform their specific function and is contractually or operationally restricted from using it for any other purpose. We do not name every provider in this Policy since our infrastructure may change over time, but we remain responsible for how your information is handled by any provider we use. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to enforce our Terms & Conditions (including investigating a suspected rule violation or fraud), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Relven Trading, our users, or the public. If Relven Trading is ever acquired by or merged into another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your account and trading information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain records relevant to fraud prevention (including detecting repeat rule-violators who attempt to register again). KYC documentation is retained for as long as necessary to satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations before being deleted or anonymized.

How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard measures to protect your personal information, including encrypting sensitive data such as payment credentials and KYC documents, restricting internal access to personal information on a need-to-know basis, and using reputable, security-audited third-party infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and legitimate business need to retain certain records (for example, fraud-prevention records or documentation required by law); object to or restrict certain uses of your information; and opt out of marketing communications at any time, including via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@relventrading.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request involving your personal information, to make sure we are not disclosing it to someone impersonating you.

International Data Transfers

Because we rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers that may operate in different countries, your information may be processed or stored in a country other than the one you live in. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected consistently with this Policy, regardless of where it is processed.

Children

The Platform is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone below this age, we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version to this page. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to your attention, but the update is effective from the date posted. Continued use of the Platform after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
