This Policy explains when, if ever, a fee paid to Relven Trading can be refunded, and how to request it. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

Every fee paid to Relven Trading, whether for a new challenge, a retry, an add-on such as Weekend Holding, an account-size upgrade, or any other paid feature we offer, is a one-time service fee for immediate access to a simulated trading evaluation. That access is granted the moment your payment clears: your account is provisioned, credentials are issued, and you are free to begin trading. Because the service is fully delivered at that point, no refund is available once a fee has been paid, and this rule applies without exception except for the single scenario described later in this Policy. This means a refund is not available in any of the following situations, among others: you failed the evaluation stage; your account was marked failed for a rule breach you agree actually occurred; you simply changed your mind after purchasing; you ran out of time, motivation, or capital to continue trading the account; your account was closed for 20 days of inactivity; you purchased the wrong account size, challenge type, or add-on by mistake; you found a cheaper or different offer elsewhere after buying; or you were unaware of a specific rule at the time you purchased, provided that rule was published on our site before your purchase. In each of these cases, the fee has already been earned by us the moment the evaluation was made available to you, regardless of how you subsequently used it or what happened to the account afterward. We do not offer partial refunds, credits toward a future purchase, or account extensions in place of a refund, except where we choose to do so as a discretionary gesture in a specific case; any such gesture is not an entitlement and does not create a precedent or obligation for us to do the same in any other case.
We recognize that a trader who genuinely believes a breach was called in error should have somewhere to go other than a payment dispute with their bank. This section describes the only circumstance in which a refund is available under this Policy. Step 1: The breach must already have occurred. This exception only applies after your account has been marked as failed for a specific rule violation under our Terms & Conditions (for example, a daily-loss breach, a maximum-drawdown breach, a weekend-holding violation, a news-trading violation, or a determination that you engaged in a prohibited trading practice such as arbitrage or copy trading). It does not apply pre-emptively, and it is not a way to request a refund for an account that simply failed the evaluation without a specific rule breach being cited. Step 2: You formally dispute the determination. If you believe the specific breach cited is factually wrong, incorrectly calculated, or was misapplied to your account, you contact support@relventrading.com and say so, explaining specifically why you believe the determination is incorrect. Step 3: We provide our evidence. Once you dispute the determination, we will share the underlying evidence supporting it. Depending on the type of breach, this may include the relevant trade timestamps and prices, the equity/balance snapshot used to calculate a daily-loss or drawdown breach, the news-event calendar entry and time window used for a news-trading breach, or the specific pattern of activity that led to a prohibited-practice determination. Step 4: You choose one of exactly two outcomes. After reviewing the evidence, you have two options, and only two: 1. Accept our determination as final. Your account remains marked as failed, no refund is issued, and no further action is taken against your ability to use the Platform going forward; you remain free to purchase and attempt future evaluations as normal. 2. Request a refund and accept a permanent ban. We will issue a refund of the fee paid for that specific account. In exchange, that account, along with every other account you hold or have ever registered with Relven Trading, will be permanently banned, and you will not be eligible to register a new account with us in the future under any identity. There is no third option. We will not reopen a failed account while leaving the breach determination in place, we will not issue a refund while allowing continued access, and we will not partially refund a disputed account. Choosing the refund option is a final, binding decision on your part: once you request it, you cannot later change your mind and ask instead for your account to be reinstated without the ban. This exception exists to give a genuinely aggrieved trader a real path to being made whole, backed by actual evidence review, without needing to resort to a chargeback. It is not intended, and should not be used, as a routine way to obtain a refund after a failed evaluation; a pattern of repeatedly disputing breaches across multiple accounts, only to choose the refund-and-ban option each time, may itself be treated as evidence of an attempt to abuse this Policy, and we reserve the right to decline to offer this exception to any user where we reasonably believe it is being used in that way.
A simulated evaluation only functions as a fair, consistent test of trading skill if the rules are enforced the same way for everyone, and are not open for renegotiation after the fact simply because a result was disappointing. If refunds were available on request whenever an evaluation was failed, the challenge fee would effectively become optional, which is inconsistent with what you are actually purchasing: the opportunity to be evaluated against a clearly published rulebook, not a guaranteed pass, a guaranteed payout, or a right to a redo whenever the outcome doesn't go your way. At the same time, we recognize that any rules-based system can occasionally produce a genuinely disputed edge case, whether due to a data-feed anomaly, an ambiguous overlap between two rules, or a calculation you believe was applied incorrectly. The exception above exists specifically to handle that possibility, while still protecting the integrity of the evaluation for every other trader on the Platform: you either engage with the evidence and accept the outcome, continuing on the Platform as normal, or you take the refund and step away from Relven Trading entirely. Both paths protect the same underlying principle: a breach determination, once made and disputed, does not stay open-ended, and access to the Platform is not something you keep while also unwinding the transaction that gave you that access in the first place.
This Policy is about refunds connected to how your evaluation performed or was ruled upon. It is separate from a situation where you were charged in error by our payment system itself, for example, being billed twice for the same single purchase due to a technical glitch, or being charged an amount that does not match the price displayed to you at checkout. If you believe you were charged in a way that does not correspond to any purchase you actually intended to make, contact support@relventrading.com with your order details as soon as possible. We will investigate the charge against our own payment records. Where we confirm a genuine duplicate or erroneous charge on our end, we will refund the erroneous portion; this is a correction of a billing mistake, not an exception to the "no refund on a delivered evaluation" rule described above, since in this scenario no valid, intended purchase was actually made for the amount being refunded.
If you disagree with a charge or a breach determination, the process described above, or contacting support@relventrading.com directly, is the correct and only path to a refund. Initiating a chargeback or formal payment dispute with your bank or card provider instead of going through this process is treated under our Terms & Conditions as a serious violation, entirely separate from whatever your original complaint was about. Filing a chargeback results in the disputed account, and every other account you hold with us, being permanently closed and banned, regardless of the outcome of the dispute with your bank, and regardless of whether the breach-dispute exception above would otherwise have applied to your situation and produced a refund without a ban. In other words: going through us first can get you a refund without losing future access (if you accept the breach) or a refund with a ban (if you don't), but going around us to your bank gets you a ban either way, with no possibility of the account-preserving outcome. Disputing a charge with your bank is never the better option compared to using the process in this Policy.
To dispute a breach determination, report a suspected duplicate or erroneous charge, or ask any other question about a payment, email support@relventrading.com with your registered account email, the order or account ID in question, and a clear description of what you are disputing and why. We will respond with the relevant evidence (for a breach dispute) or the outcome of our internal payment review (for a billing error), along with next steps. We aim to respond to refund-related requests promptly, but resolution time may vary depending on how much trade or account history needs to be reviewed. Submitting a request under this Policy does not pause any other applicable deadline or rule (for example, the 20-day inactivity rule continues to apply to an account under review unless we tell you otherwise in writing).
We may update this Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised version to this page. Continued use of the Platform after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions; where the two conflict on a payment-related matter, this Policy controls for that specific matter. Questions about this Policy can be sent to support@relventrading.com.
